What the role is:

You will be part of the division's health workforce development team that works on developing and administering scholarships and training grants to support the growth and development of Singapore's healthcare workforce. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

What you will be working on:

You will be required to develop and administer scholarships and grants policies, budgets, financial and database operations to support the training and development of the healthcare workforce. You will also support the division’s routine budgeting, financial and procurement operations. Your portfolio will involve working with our stakeholders such as partner healthcare institutions and training providers to ensure that their use of the Ministry’s training funds are effective, appropriate and accountable.
