Job Summary:

TPMG Consulting Services is TPMG-s regional (NCAL), internal consulting group. We collaborate with groups inside and outside the organization to shape and build strategy for region-wide goals. Business Consultants consult on performance improvement, strategy, change management, program development and implementation and communication strategies. We spend most of our time leading quality improvement projects that will scale across the Northern California Region. Together with our clinical partners, we plan for and conduct meetings, create action plans, manage projects, organize and drive work, request and interpret data, liaison with others, and develop materials to present in front of clinicians, operational leaders, peers and executives.
