This role works independently and is accountable for translating enterprise and Asia transformation priorities into practical initiatives that leverage AI, data, automation, and digital capabilities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and scalability. Acting as a trusted transformation partner to senior leaders, this role engages directly with Heads of Function and C‑level stakeholders, working closely with Technology and regional Centres of Excellence to shape solutions, challenge assumptions, and ensure fit‑for‑purpose delivery.
