Our client is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Chartered Accountant to join their M&A team. As a Manager, you will be a fundamental part of the team's success by participating in a variety of M&A transactions.
What You'll Do:
Facilitate Sell and Buy-side mandates Strengthen the M&A franchise through recruitment, training, and business development Provide Strategic Advisory - support entrepreneurs in constructing a business that is primed for sale Prepare financial statements, valuations, and other financial documentation Conduct financial due diligence on potential targets Advise clients on M&A strategy and deal structuring Create presentations and reports for senior management Candidate Requirements:
