• Support Business users request to obtain ID access or modify or exit the system on a daily basis
• Provide system functional support to 14 countries on system queries from Business users promptly
• Coordinate and execute UAT lifecycle for Quarterly Releases on production fixes and change requests prior to the production implementation
• Coordinate and execute project related tasks on system enhancement with other stakeholders (e.g. Gather user requirement, Test Case/test Script preparation, UAT testing)

• Minimum degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in systems support work and/or business system analyst
• Positive attitude, good team player and strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under stress and tight timelines
