Job Description
Implement and ensure policy is communicated to research offices, research performers bytaking ownership of all channels (e.g. updating website, project portal, e-mailers, emails) inaccordance with the planned Call for Projects schedule.
Implement workflows and SOP in accordance with policy
Manage day-to-day research performers requests and queries
Execute Call for Projects administration (including managing applications, LOA issuance,Quarterly projections, and Onboarding) according to schedule.
Implement monthly utilisation rate tracking reports (dashboards with Excel or Power BI)for management reporting
Provide a structured summary of utilisation performance by orgs and share withrespective ROs during monthly engagement sessions, and provide recommendations toimprove user experience
Ensure that research performers requests for support are met on time.
