The Snr Manager/Manager, Operations NHG Eye Institute (NGHEI) leads the planning, development and management of resources within the Institute to deliver safe, efficient and patient-centered care across both Clinical Operations and Primary Eye Care (PEC). As a seconded staff from NHGEI to TTSH Ops (Eye), the incumbent will also oversee day-to-day operations and service development for Eye Centre, Clinic 1A, Eye PACE, TVOS/IVT and related services. Also the manager will provide managerial oversight for PEC programmes including SiDRP, CEC and COCS. The role conducts quality assurance audits, monitors workflows and KRAs, and reviews policies and procedures to meet expected service outcomes and institutional objectives.

The Manager plays a proactive role in identifying, planning and implementing operational strategies to optimize utilization, productivity and revenue, while supporting workforce development and transformation.
