Identify and secure new sponsorship opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation. 
Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors ensuring high satisfaction levels. 
Lead contract negotiations ensuring agreements meet legal and compliance standards. 
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential sponsors staying informed about industry developments.
