  • To prepare various administrative & sales reports on a timely manner.
  • To attend to customers’ requests/enquiries in the absence of sales officers.
  • To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
  • To attend to all administrative matters, including matters relating to Credit Applications, of the business centre.
  • To assist the BCM & RSM in monitoring and tracking of timeline for various tasks and assignments.
  • To assist in the processing of annual credit review of cases with lesser complexity.
  • To assist RM for calling customers for annual review purposes and to extend assistance in collecting documents as well as to conduct site visits (as when needed).
