Develop regional Sales strategy aligned with HQ and European guidelines
Coordinate sales funnel management for all regional sales projects using Salesforce, ensuring compliance with European standards
Own regional business planning including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
Achieve sales and profitability targets for the assigned region (annual sales volume: 5– million EUR)
Represent our IDBD/SySo division (focused on factory automation products) in the regional market, acting as the primary external and internal ambassador
Lead the regional team both functionally and disciplinarily, including:Setting targets and KPIsConducting performance reviewsCoaching, developing, and motivating employeesFostering a positive, accountable working environmentDefining and optimizing responsibilities and processes
