As the Manager, Sales Commissions, you will own the end-to-end commissions process and strategy, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with GTM and company-wide objectives. You will be responsible for delivering timely and compliant payouts, driving process improvements, and producing strategic insights that inform incentive design and sales performance.
