Manager,Retail Operations - Dallas, TX

Position
is responsible for designing a template and implementing a strategic plan to
standardize retail showrooms, operational procedures, and new hire training.
This would include creating a detailed procedure for each category of the
strategic plan making sure the plan is adhered to and followed on a regular
basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Develop a standardized Nippon Sanso display gondola, wall units, counter and develop a partnership with a preferred supplier for such products
Develop a standardized Matheson Select section for promotion of Matheson Select Products
Develop and implement a bin location plan for better control of SKU’s
Support specific vendor or internal Nippon Sanso retail promotions
Support the internal Nippon Sanso Welding Essential List and determine market preferences are being met
