Key responsibilities - Be the main point of contact, handle queries, and provide timely updates.
- Manage the incorporation and setup of offshore companies (BVI, Cayman, Seychelles, Samoa).
- Ensure client information is accurate and complies with regulatory standards.
- Assist clients with annual filings and other administrative tasks.
- Conduct cold calls and upsell additional services to clients as appropriate.
- Direct clients to the right team or department based on their needs.
- Work with the compliance team to review client documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key requirements - Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the Corporate Secretarial field.
- Experience in corporate services and knowledge of offshore jurisdictions is preferred.
