Role Overview Reporting to the Global Head of Regulatory Compliance, you will lead Regulatory Compliance for our APAC businesses ensuring that governance, reporting, and regulatory engagements are executed to the highest standard.
How You’ll Make An Impact - Operational Excellence: Create regulatory compliance standards and embed them into the regional regulatory engagement model.
- Regulatory Intelligence: Lead the Horizon Scanning process for APAC, monitoring legislative changes, conducting impact assessments, and partnering with Compliance Advisory.
- Licensure Maintenance: Own the license renewal process to keep all APAC licenses in good standing.
- Regulatory Reporting: Oversee timely submission of regulatory filings, notifications, and ongoing reporting.
