Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Recreation department towards achieving continuous improvements in resident & guest’ satisfaction, driving towards resident & guest’ engagement and wellness.
• Establish departmental goals, objectives, and work plans aligned with organisational priorities.
• Conduct resident and guest satisfaction surveys, analyse feedback, and propose improvement initiatives to management.
• Responsible for the planning and execution of daily, monthly, and ad-hoc in-house and out-door activities for the Independent Living residents, Dependent Living residents, and the Confinement Centre guests.
• Develop, manage, and maintain a structured events and activities calendar, including excursions and trips, Corporate Social Responsibility Event to promote resident engagement and wellbeing.
