Job Title: Manager Processing Engineer

Reporting To: Operations Head / Plant Head

Location: Jonagiri, Andhra Pradesh

Compensation: CTC 70,00080,000 per month (Approx. 9.6 LPA)

Experience & Qualifications

• 78+ years of hands-on experience in gold or similar mineral processing plants
• Strong practical knowledge of milling, thickening, leaching, and gold recovery circuits
• Proven ability to interpret metallurgical data, conduct mass balances, and analyze plant performance trends
• Bachelors degree in Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor refinery activities including recovery performance and reagent consumption
• Track daily plant performance, including recovery rates, reagent usage, and residence time
