The Opportunity

The Manager, Practice and Compliance Audits leads the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of the organization’s licensee audit function to ensure licensee compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements and best practices.

The role provides strategic and operational leadership, using audit insights to identify trends, inform decision‑making, and support regulatory, policy, and educational improvements. The position works collaboratively across teams to advance coordinated regulatory outcomes and informs risk‑based decision‑making to protect the public interest.
