Position Overview
Customer Solutions role supporting BMO new broker channel related policy initiatives, including policy clarification, strategic initiatives, process & change management, and reporting for senior management.
Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day vendor management to clarify policy discrepancies, investigate transactions and ensure vendor compliance with BMO Policy.
- Support strategic initiatives through competitive analysis, research, and policy & risk proposals to keep broker channel policy competitive.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to complete policy changes, communications, and updates for both lender policy and handbook, ensuring updates are timely and accurate.
- Support senior manager with weekly and monthly policy‑related reporting; data‑driven mindset appreciated.
