**Position Overview:**

Is responsible for directing affiliate fundraising programs, with special emphasis on individual donor solicitation and executing campaign strategy. Focus on raising principal major gifts, planned gifts, and annual gifts. This manager coordinates, and executes the strategic planning for Philanthropy strategies in a manner aligned with the goals of Sutter Health. Also serves as administrative liaison to Senior Management and Medical Staff, as well as to Sutter Health leadership, in order to ensure the smooth and integrated operation of the organizations, and the appropriate alignment of operational strategies with the overall mission and available resources.
