Mondrian Abu Dhabi is preparing for an exciting opening and we are looking for an experienced Manager People & Culture to help build and shape the organizational culture during the pre‑opening. This key role you will support the Director of People & Culture in developing and maintaining an exceptional workplace environment focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and performance management. You’ll work closely with team members to ensure that Mondrian Abu Dhabi cultivates a thriving culture that aligns with our brand values while fostering employee satisfaction and engagement.
