Manager, People Analytics & Metrics Consultant At Mastercard, the People Insights Team play a crucial role in shaping our talent strategy and enhancing employee experience through data-driven insights. The People Analytics Consultant role is part of our Consulting Team within the Global People Insights Team, requiring collaboration across multiple Regions & time zones. The ideal candidate will have experience of providing actionable insights and compelling narratives, and have experience of partnership within the HR functional domain within a global or matrixed organization. This role requires a deep understanding of people analytics, data visualization, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and impactful narratives.
