Job Role Summary: 

The Manager, Organisation Development plays a key role in advancing the One NTUC Health concept and driving a person-centred care culture across the organisation. The role partners leaders and teams to translate strategy into culture, behaviours, and ways of working that strengthen integration, collaboration, and care outcomes across NTUC Health.

Lead and support change initiatives that embed One NTUC Health across teams, services, and settings to ensure clarity, engagement, and adoption

Partner leaders to build capability in leading change and improving adoption

Drive the development and reinforcement of a person-centred care culture into OD initiatives that shape behaviours, systems, and ways of working
