What is the opportunity?The role of Manager, Operations Process Owner – Digital Cheque Processing (DCP) focuses on Project Management, Operational Excellence, and Payment Processing. The manager will lead timely project oversight, process ownership, and risk and controls management for Digital Cheque Processing as part of RBC’s Payments and Trades Operations (PTO). PTO is accountable for 50+trillion dollars of transactions each year and is a highly dynamic segment.This role is responsible for managing operational processes, while enhancing efficiency, identifying productivity opportunities, and reducing risk.
