Lead the establishment and day-to‑day operations of the Ops Planning & Analytics (OPPA) unit, driving data‑informed capacity planning and analysis to support evidence‑based operational decisions across KLIA.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
Lead the development and continuous improvement of OPPA's planning frameworks, analytical models, and reporting infrastructure.
Oversee capacity vs. demand analysis across terminal operational areas including check‑in, screening, gates, and baggage.
Drive dynamic manpower deployment planning in coordination with respective operations leads and HC.
Establish and maintain the operational performance and analytic dashboards and reporting cycles.
