Location: Provincial Office | Abbotsford Bethesda is seeking a Manager of Philanthropy and Development to join our leadership team and help foster a workplace culture rooted in compassion, inclusion and Christian values. Founded in 1971 Bethesda is a CARF-accredited organization that supports around 350 people with diverse abilities across British Columbia. With a team of 454 staff and a $31.6M annual budget, we offer a wide range of person-centered services; including staff supported homes, community inclusion, family support and summer camps throughout the Lower Mainland and the Okanagan. Our services are made possible through funding from CLBC, MCFD, BC Housing, Fraser Health, and generous private donors.
