The incumbent will be responsible for delivering support and enhancements to the Technical Function.

Duties & Responsibilities Drive employee results in the facility by instilling continuous improvement and excellence in operating and usage/setting of equipment and housekeeping practices. Oversee that appropriate processes are utilized to ensure high productivity. Identify and perform preventative maintenance tasks and maintenance tasks. Lead the creation and implementation of technical improvements, machine optimization, and maintenance systems for the manufacturing process. Suggest and assist in implementing cost-saving and continual improvement ideas. Work effectively with managers to execute the policies and goals of the company.
