Gridiron is looking to hire a Manager of Contract Compliance to lead the organization’s contracting function, ensuring efficient operations, governance, and regulatory compliance across prime contracts, subcontracts, MSAs, and related agreements. This role designs and manages workflows, maintains audit-ready repositories, enforces escalation and approval controls, and oversees agreement reviews and negotiations in alignment with FAR/DFARS, agency requirements, and client-specific requirements.
