Job Description
The manager performs the following duties and responsibilities:
- conveys the Division’s internal and external messages to increase awareness of the stakeholders about the Division’s activities, initiatives and services, announces new initiatives/events to build a positive image of the Division and the University, effectively informs and promotes the Division, its mission, its value proposition, its brand, its people, and its services;
- analyses communication channels efficiency, develops communication strategy that best supports the Division’s Operational Plan;
- generates and validates reports/surveys related to communication channels;
- drafts written materials, prepares presentations for external audience, assists in the preparation of an annual Division’s report/presentation to be presented to internal/external stakeholders;
