We are seeking a Manager of Business Development to lead and develop the Business Development Center team responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating high-quality B2B sales leads. This role will oversee Business Development Specialists within the Business Development Center and work closely with Sales and Marketing to build a strong outbound pipeline that supports franchise growth and enterprise sales efforts.


The ideal candidate is a hands-on outbound sales leader with experience managing teams in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This person will coach, develop, and inspire the Business Development Center team while continuously improving prospecting strategy, performance, and technology use.

What you’ll do

+ Lead, coach, and support the Business Development Center team to achieve daily activity goals and appointment targets.

+ Partner with Marketing to align campaign strategy, messaging, and lead qualification criteria.
