Position Overview

This is a Manager position for MCHS Gastroenterology (GI). This is a system-based role and ideal candidates will need to have regular presence at GI practices across MCHS, predominantly Eau Clare, WI; Mankato, MN; and La Crosse, WI. The Manager partners with administrative leaders, physicians, and scientists to lead and coordinate operational and administrative functions in alignment with strategic priorities. The Manager has strong leadership, operational and process improvement capabilities. 

Embodying our Mayo Clinic values, the Manager plays a pivotal role within shields and departments managing teams and service lines.
