The Manager, Legal & Corporate Services will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s legal matters, corporate governance, compliance frameworks, and corporate services functions. This role partners closely with senior management to mitigate legal risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Legal & Compliance

• Provide legal advisory support on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including client agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and SLAs
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements
• Manage corporate secretarial matters, including board resolutions, filings, and statutory registers
• Handle disputes, claims, and matters involving external counsel when required
