Responsibilities

1. Dealing with financial institutions for new business generation.
2. Advisory to clients on deal structures and security documentation.
3. Support Business by preparing Term Sheets and other Documentation.
4. Processing investment cases from initiation up till disbursement.
5. Extracting and monitoring Line Limits, Pipeline, Guarantee and Disbursement MIS.
6. Facilitating clients for making alliance on projects and collaborations.
7. Technical assistance to clients on their product design, environmental & social policies.
8. Prepare business case for credit committee and addressing concerns over deferrals and exceptions.
9. Review exposure limits and client’s security Portfolio.
10. Innovate and suggest new mortgage products for our market to cater the changing market dynamics such a product for low and middle-income group, microfinance etc.
