Responsible for IP (patents, trademarks and designs) prosecutions and managing client IP portfolios including:-
Reviewing and monitoring client IP strategy
Managing, reviewing and monitoring client portfolios and working with overseas associates
Filing and prosecuting applications
Drafting, reviewing and managing correspondence and office actions with examiners, clients and other stakeholders
Managing work processes
Assisting with IP related due diligence, including in the context of major IP transactions, corporate mergers and acquisitions and IP litigation matters
Collaborating with other members of the Intellectual Property, Media & Technology (IPMT) Practice
Requirements:
Degree from a recognised university
Minimum 5 years experience as an IP paralegal or executive preferred
