Job Purpose

1. Manage and drive the implementation of the Group’s Organisational Anti-Corruption Plan (“OACP”) and its related policies and programs.
2. Lead and/or assist in investigation into Bribery and Corrupt allegations
3. Anti Bribery and Corruption trainer.
4. Being the key liaison person with regulators such as MACC.

Job Responsibilities

a) Integrity Related Policies and Procedures

1. Manage, maintain and keep up to date the following key Anti Bribery and Corruption (“ABC”) policies and programs:

• ABC Policy, procedures and systems.
• Gift, Travel and Entertainment policy procedures and systems.
• Sponsorship and Donation procedures and systems.
• Whistleblowing policies procedures and systems.
• Any other ABC related policies, procedures and systems.
