Job Description

Water Security Agency (WSA) is seeking a strategic individual to provide leadership, engineering expertise and direction in hydrological science as the Manager, Hydrology Services North to join our Hydrological Science team.

In this role, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team delivering critical water management programs, including water supply planning, flood and drought mitigation, infrastructure support, and climate adaptation.

This role requires strong leadership and team development skills, deep technical expertise in hydrology and water resource management, and the ability to translate organizational priorities into impactful outcomes.
