Requirements

• Relevant NQF 7 qualification in Development Studies/Human Settlement/Public Administration or equivalent
• Post graduate qualification will be an added advantage
• 5 years’ relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license with own transport
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Excellent communication, conflict and negotiating skills
• Must be able to handle highly pressurized situations
• Must be willing to attend meetings after hours
• Knowledge of Local Government Legislation and the Housing Code, Housing Subsidy Programmes and related legislation/policies and regulations
• Must be able to speak, read and write in at least two of the official language...
