Position Summary
The role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR Operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring process efficiency, compliance, and seamless delivery of HR services in alignment with organizational policies and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
•Manage complete employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities
•Ensure smooth onboarding experience including documentation, induction coordination, and system setup
•Oversee employee records management with 100% data accuracy in HR systems
2. Payroll & Compensation Administration
•Coordinate and validate payroll inputs including attendance, leave, reimbursements, and deductions
•Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in coordination with Finance/vendor
