The Role This position will be part of the Group Compensation and Benefits team (6 pax) where you will support the Group's rewards programs globally by reviewing and implementing compensation and benefit programs in accordance with Company philosophy, statutory requirements and regulations, and to ensure competitiveness. Job Responsibilities Support HR Business Partners, Business Leaders and Senior Management with data analysis pertaining to the rewards programs. Lead the salary, bonus and share plans review and recalibration cycles. Work with Country HRs and external vendors for insurance renewals and benefits review. Work closely with external consultants to ensure accuracy of reports for presentation to Executive Resource & Compensation Committee (ERCC) of the MIPL Group and Nominating & Remuneration Committees (NRC) of the Mapletree REITs.
