**Position Overview:**

Provides operational leadership for a multidisciplinary home health team with a focus on infusion and specialty therapies. Oversees daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and resource management to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of patient care in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.
Leads infusion nursing and liaison teams, supporting performance management, professional development, and clinical excellence. Coordinates complex infusion referrals, evaluates and approves home infusion therapies, and partners across disciplines to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
