(What the role is) The Manager, Holistic Development and International Immersion shapes the broader educational experience of SCIS students across two interconnected areas: holistic student development and international immersion programming. Working with faculty and partner universities locally and abroad, the Manager designs and implements frameworks that nurture students' intellectual, spiritual, and personal growth alongside academic excellence. This includes coordinating enrichment activities, monitoring student progress, and championing curriculum initiatives that reflect the college's vision of graduates grounded in Islamic values and professional competence.
