Reporting to the Senior Manager (Fundraising & Donor Relations), the Manager will support Advancement office operations in the following areas.

• Identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding potential and current Major Gift donors, including philanthropists, corporations and foundations.
• Responsible for facilitating all phases of the gift cycle, including initiating contact, cultivating and moving potential donors to solicitation and closure.
• Developing General Giving programmes both at HQ and in collaboration with institutions’ charity funds.
