Your role

You will be the Manager of the unit Quality West, consisting of approximately eighteen Quality Managers and Project Quality Managers, covering the Quality Management planning, execution and monitoring within Business unit Surface Sensor Solutions. As a unit manager, you will work on a strategic, as well as on an operative level to secure and improve the execution of the team’s work. This unit is in close collaboration in all areas at Surface Sensor Solutions and it is important to understand the interactions and its part in the bigger picture.

Your focus as a managers will primarily be on people management as well as resource and work package planning.
