POSITION SUMMARY

• This position is responsible for establishing, building, and managing the Architecture Engineering team at the Global Engineering Centre (GEC) in Pune, India, with a primary focus on data center modular buildings and critical infrastructure projects  globally.
• The Senior Manager will lead a multi-functional architecture team encompassing Architectural Design, Civil/Foundations Engineering, and BIM Coordination  — ensuring the GEC Pune team delivers sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing building designs that meet all project requirements, international standards, and data center industry best practices.
• The scope of work managed by this position includes:
  • Architectural Design  – Building envelope design, thermal protection, fire-proofing, building layer selection, architectural documentation, and material specifications for modular data center buildings
