Position Overview

The Manager, Employment Services is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership across Employment Services teams within the Greater Toronto Area region. This role ensures high‑quality service delivery, consistency across sites, and alignment with organizational goals and funding requirements. It also includes oversight of select projects and serves as a backup to colleagues to maintain seamless operations.
