As an EHS Manager, you will report to the Manufacturing Director/AP Regional EHS Manager. You will be responsible for the overall strategic development, implementation, and management of all EHS&S programs and compliance requirements at the factory. You will also ensure that EHS audits, compliance standards, and safety campaigns at the plant are aligned with regional EHS requirements.
**Key Responsibilities** **:**

+ You will be accountable for the strategic development, implementation, and management of the EHS business plan and programs at the Goodyear Ballabgarh Factory. This includes maintaining EHS records and monitoring progress against established targets and objectives.
