Role Summary

Develop creative marketing plans and strategy for artists, in line with the Domestic Department objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Forecast marketing campaign and KPIs.
  • Identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Build artist awareness and positioning.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective implementation of marketing plans.
  • Develop and execute marketing budgets, evaluate results through KPIs.
  • Direct, plan and coordinate marketing efforts; understand and develop budgets including expenditures, research and development appropriations, and profit‑loss projections.
