Job Summary

The Practice Leader – Cybersecurity is a senior leadership role accountable for the commercial success, strategic direction, and operational leadership of the Cybersecurity practice. This role owns the profitability (P&L), people leadership, partner ecosystem, and solution portfolio, ensuring the practice delivers measurable business outcomes aligned to market demand and organisational goals. The Practice Leader acts as both the internal executive leader of the practice and an external‑facing ambassador, articulating SHI’s cybersecurity value proposition, industry trends, and innovation agenda to customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
