The Manager, Corporate Communications oversees all aspects of CTC’s internal communications operations. You’ll balance creative ambition with operational discipline, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget — while leading a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do



+ Manage an enterprise employee communications portfolio to build understanding, alignment and engagement across CTC—connecting teams to strategy, priorities and culture.



+ Lead and develop a small team of communications professionals, building capability and delivering high-quality, integrated employee communications in partnership with internal stakeholders across the enterprise.
