Position Summary Under the general direction of the Director of Pharmacy, the Manager, Clinical Pharmacy Services will plan, implement and supervise clinical pharmacy services and activities in the Department of Pharmacy. The manager will develop, implement, and evaluate programs for clinical services, ensuring continuity of programs offered along with maintaining accountability for medication management, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS) mandated by the FDA and manufacturers and pharmacy learning programs (such as resident and student oversight). The manager will oversee Clinical Pharmacy Specialists at both St. Joseph’s and Candler Hospitals and work with the manager at each site to provide comprehensive pharmacy services to patients of SJCHS.
