Participate in an 18–24-month program consisting of up to four (4) to six (6)-month rotations that allow you to build leadership and functional skills through challenging rotational assignments and world-class training.
Participate in typical Operations Track rotations including required rotational assignments in each of the following: Food Safety, Quality and Production with a fourth rotation to be selected from one of the following: Supply Chain, Engineering, Research & Development, Environmental Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement.
Ability and willingness to travel and reside in the assigned business unit location (Lansing, IL, Searcy, AR and Madisonville, KY).
Ability to complete a learning project and at the end of the rotation period, give a presentation at the end of each rotation.
